July: Buddhist Lent begins
August: Queen Sirikit’s birthday (also Thai Mother’s Day) and Annual Queen’s Ball
September: Graduation for Thai summer school
October: Buddhist Lent ends
November: Loy Krathong (Thai River festival)
December: King’s Birthday Celebration and Annual King’s Ball (an event of the Thai Association of Northern California)`
